Approximately 2,200 bikes confiscated in connection to the alleged bicycle theft ring run by Igor Kenk are heading to the auction block, to be sold by the Canadian government.  The Toronto-based bicycle repairman and shop owner plead guilty to the accusations, and is facing a 30-month jail sentence.

All told, Toronto police found approximately 3,000 stolen bicycles in Kenk's home, garages, and business.  He was also charged with numerous counts of drug possession.
