A&Js’ Bike Locks return policy

If you are not satisfied with your bike lock or the service you have received, please email us and we will work to remedy the situation by recommending a lock for exchange or processing your return. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

A&Js' Bike Locks accepts returns only if A&Js' have received the returned items within 30 days from the date of the purchase. Any returned items must be sent in with the original packaging, paperwork, and in working / re-sellable condition. A&Js' bike locks reserves the right to reject a returned item if it is not in proper sellable condition.

If your items were damaged upon arrival, please contact A&Js' Bike Locks within 7 days of receiving them. Please supply a photo of damaged items with a description of the condition it was received in. A&Js’ Bike Locks will credit your shipping costs only for products shipped to you in error or for products that were defective upon arrival.

Upon receiving your information, A&Js Bike Locks will first determine how to remedy the situation. If a return or an exchange is in order, we will supply you with a return code for you to include with the exchange. Please indicate the shipping code on the exterior of your shipping box beneath the word "RETURN," as well as on your paperwork.

Allow 7-10 business days for returns to be processed; refunds will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original transaction.

Please contact the manufacturer for information on parts, repairs, and warranty claims. A&Js' does not facilitate repairs, supply parts, or process warranty claims - this must be done directly with the manufacturer.
